TOP JOBS are waiting for students who make the grade, Richard Bacon MP was told during his most recent visit to Easton College. South Norfolk's MP toured the site with Easton College Principal David Lawrence, with whom Richard is soon to do a job shadow so they can learn about each other's jobs. impressive tropicarium, the new classroom block and the sports complex which is used by the college for sports study courses and is also open to the public. The college works in partnership with industry and the community, developing learning and training opportunities which lead to better employment prospects. Day-release students from Norfolk schools can also study for NVQs and vocational training. Richard said: “I congratulate Easton College on its splendid achievements. It is offering courses in 22 vocational curriculum areas to some 2,500 full and part-time students from age 14 upwards. I'm also looking forward to learning more about the workings of Easton College when David Lawrence and I shadow each other's job soon”.
